Shift Up released a new trailer on November 2, 2026, showcasing the Goddess of Victory: Nikke collaboration DLC for Stellar Blade Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch 2, alongside clips of the base game and NieR: Automata costumes. The game launches November 6, 2026, though one source lists November 5. The standard edition carries an MSRP of 7,980 yen ($59.99), and all Complete Edition content, including the Nikke DLC, ships at no extra cost in both the standard and steelbook editions.
The Nikke pack gives Eve the Stargazer Suit, Half-rim Glasses, and Quadruple Square Earrings; Adam receives Stargazer Wear; Lily receives Stargazer Coat; and Drone receives Stargazer Pack, plus 2,000 SP EXP and 5,000 Gold. Shift Up added two DLCs, additional outfits, and seasonal content after the PlayStation 5 launch, and the Switch 2 Complete Edition compiles all of that previously released content from the start, including NieR: Automata crossovers.
Both editions include the DLC at no extra cost. The steelbook lists at 9,480 yen, but its 1,500 yen premium over the standard 7,980 yen list price covers only the metallic case and exclusive key art, not extra in-game stories or DLC. Pre-order bonuses add three Eve items regardless of edition: the Planet Diving Suit (White Edition), Classic Round Glasses, and Ear Armor Earrings. SHIFT UP said in a product listing, “It is a nice point that the complete edition content is included even in the cheaper standard version as well.”
A separate Bayonetta collaboration update launches free on November 6, 2026, across Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC. It adds four costumes for Eve: Bayonetta, Nun, Jeanne, and a fourth outfit to be announced.
CTO Dong-ki Lee said the team optimized memory and adjusted internal logic for the console while keeping the experience identical to the PS5 version by converting PS5 haptic feedback data to HD Rumble. Lee added that porting to more platforms helped the team prepare to bring the game to additional players.
Shift Up is treating the port as a major release, and SHIFT UP officially confirmed the physical game card contains the full main game, so players do not need to download the entire game during first play. A playable demo is available ahead of launch. The game appeared at Tokyo Game Show 2026, held September 17-21 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, with six playable stations at the SEGA/ATLUS booth. CEO Kim Hyung Tae appeared on the booth stage on Sunday, September 20, speaking in Korean with Japanese interpretation on SEGA Japan’s official YouTube channel.
As of November 2, 2026, Rakuten Books lists the standard edition at about 6,782 yen, a 15% discount from the 7,980 yen MSRP. Yahoo! Shopping’s Up Yahoo! Store lists it at 6,950 yen with free shipping, and Game Darake 3rd Store lists it at 6,980 yen with free shipping.

The steelbook is listed at 8,057 yen at Rakuten Books but ships around November 20, and limited-quantity listings have exceeded the 9,480 yen MSRP, including 15,980 yen at SHOP MT on Yahoo! Shopping.
Ark Online’s Yahoo! Store listed the steelbook at 7,962 yen plus 1,100 yen for shipping but showed out of stock. At Rakuten Books, the steelbook carries a 1,275 yen premium over the standard edition, listed at 8,057 yen versus 6,782 yen.
Stellar Blade first launched for PlayStation 5 on April 26, 2024, and reached PC through Steam and Epic Games Store on June 11, 2025, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. SEGA distributes the physical edition in Japan. Shift Up announced Stellar Blade: Blood Rain during Summer Game Fest 2026 but has not confirmed launch platforms and has not ruled out future Switch 2 support.
The full Switch 2 release will let players disable frame generation, following earlier trailers for Photo Mode, Collectibles, Boss Challenge mode, environments, and the Bayonetta collaboration. The version supports play on a home TV or in handheld mode, though no detailed real-machine comparisons of resolution, frame rate, or image quality against PS5 and PC were confirmed.
