Capcom announced a collaboration between Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen and Delicious in Dungeon on November 4, 2026, bringing the crossover to Nintendo Switch 2. The crossover runs on Switch 2 from November 12, 2026 through January 28, 2027. Official Pawns are AI-controlled companions who accompany the Arisen during exploration and combat, and players can hire them modeled after the heavily-armored Laios and the elven mage Marcille from Riftstones in towns. Loading a save during the event automatically adds crossover outfits to storage for both Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, and both the Arisen and Pawns may wear them.
The collaboration goes live on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC ahead of Nintendo Switch 2, though sources disagree on the exact start date. Techtroduce names November 4, 2026 for the PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions, while The Outerhaven says November 3, 2026. Gematsu says the content is available as of its November 4, 2026 report, and Noisy Pixel reports it is live on every platform besides Switch 2 starting the day after its report and running until January 28, 2027. The Outerhaven and Gematsu list November 11, 2026 as the Switch 2 start date, while Techtroduce says Switch 2 players receive the content eight days after players on other platforms.
The crossover ends on Thursday, January 28, 2027 on all platforms, although Push Square sets the costume redemption deadline at January 29, 2027. Nintendo Everything, GoNintendo, Noisy Pixel, Techtroduce, The Outerhaven and Gematsu all give January 28, 2027 as the end date across platforms. Claimed outfits stay usable once the collaboration event is over. The January 28, 2027 end date remains unchanged across the rollout, which means owners of Nintendo’s new console have less time to claim it.
Push Square reports the Laios and Marcille costumes come with adventuring backpacks and are in storage upon loading a save. Nintendo Everything reports that the Official Pawns serve as culinary explorers aiding the Arisen throughout the journey and will be available until the January 28, 2027 title update on all platforms. Players should check the official website for recruitment. Capcom presented the crossover through a collaboration trailer and pointed players to the official website for recruitment.
Delicious in Dungeon is a manga created by Ryoko Kui that follows adventurer Laios and his party into a dungeon where they cook and eat the monsters they meet. The story begins after Laios’s sister is eaten by a Red Dragon deep in a dungeon, so Laios, the elven mage Marcille and other companions return to the dungeon to rescue her. An anime adaptation aired in 2024 to immense popularity in Japan and internationally.

The title update that adds the Delicious in Dungeon collaboration also brings additional bug fixes across multiple platforms. Push Square reports the update weighs 7.8GB and features many minor bug fixes, with official patch notes available through the Dragon’s Dogma 2 website. Nintendo Everything and Gematsu likewise mention additional bug fixes in the title update.
Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen launched on Nintendo Switch 2 and PS5 as well as Xbox Series X|S and PC on October 9, 2026 with an MSRP of $49.99. The expansion is also sold separately for MSRP $29.99 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The Norgan Fashion Set – Northern Attire is a pre-order bonus available in-game storage at launch.
The Dark Arisen expansion adds the Northern region of Norgan, where the Arisen joins forces with Eir to investigate the undying Fallen Dragon, plus additional dungeons and expanded character customization. The Fallen Dragon is an undying creature tied to Norgan’s past, and the launch lines up with Title Update 4.0.
Push Square says Capcom released the Dark Arisen expansion in October, reviving the game’s popularity, and is rolling out surprise collaborations instead of ending support for Dragon’s Dogma 2. Push Square frames the crossover as renewed Capcom support after Dark Arisen revived the title. The outlet raises the possibility of additional updates in the future, including a Berserk collaboration.
