Mouthwashing is a first-person horror game following the dying crew of a shipwrecked space freighter called The Tulpar. Captain Curly survived his attempted suicide but is maimed, limbless, unable to speak, and remains at the mercy of the crew he doomed to a slow death. The Tulpar will run out of power within six months, and food rations will run out long before that.
Mouthwashing won Best Narrative and Players’ Choice at the Horror Game Awards. Mouthwashing launches day one on Xbox Game Pass on Oct. 29, 2026, two days before Halloween. Fangamer will offer physical editions of Mouthwashing for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
