IGN reported that Behaviour Interactive plans to remove all Chucky Chapter content from Dead by Daylight’s stores on November 24, 2026. TechJuice said the Last Chance sale runs Monday, October 26 through November 24 at 50 percent off, cutting the Chucky Chapter bundle from $4.99 to $2.49.
TechJuice reported that The Good Guy, also known as Chucky, leaves every storefront on Tuesday, November 24, 2026, at 08:00 PM PKT or 11:00 AM Eastern. The studio is putting Chucky’s exclusive perks into the general perk pool under new names, TechJuice reported, starting November 24, when Hex: Two Can Play becomes Hex: Eye For An Eye. Chucky was the 44th Killer to join Dead by Daylight, TechJuice reported, and Brad Dourif continues to voice him after nearly four decades in the Child’s Play films.

IGN said Behaviour keeps adding licensed crossovers even while removing Chucky, with Tokyo Ghoul’s Ken Kaneki and Five Nights at Freddy’s Springtrap added last year, Stranger Things’ Vecna brought into The Fog, and Jason arriving during the summer of this year. IGN said anyone can still face Chucky in a match without owning the chapter because no purchase is needed to go up against that Killer, though removed content probably shows up less often.
IGN said the move surprised fans, pointing to a post on October 23, 2026, in which a fan objected to the license loss, while TheGamer said many fans are unhappy because divisive Art the Clown is replacing a beloved horror icon.
I THOUGHT WE HAD A NICE LICENSE AGREEMENT!!!!!
